Requirements/ eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Hold at least a Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
2. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
3. Be willing to undertake the programme in any of the following locations: Onne, Apapa, or Kano.
4. Be ready to commence the programme starting January 2026.
Duration and Stipends
The programme runs for a 24-month (2 years) period.
Trainees will receive a competitive stipend and other benefits designed to support their professional growth and development throughout the training.
