Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following conditions:
1. Be a non-French citizen and aged under 29 years for master’s applicants or under 35 years for Ph.D. applicants
2. Apply to study in one of the priority fields listed above
3. Have been admitted or intend to enroll in a master’s or doctoral program at a French higher education institution
4. Meet the admission requirements of the hosting institution
