Eligibility Requirements

  • Must hold citizenship in an African country (no dual citizenship with non-African countries allowed).
  • Must be admitted to a two-year master’s program at Sciences Po (excluding dual degrees and one-year programs).
  • Must have completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree at a recognized institution or participate in a qualifying bridging program partnering with the Mastercard Foundation.
  • Demonstrate genuine financial need (documentation required).
  • Show strong commitment to driving positive change in Africa, especially in public policy, environment, or societal transitions.
  • Be under 35 years old at the start of the master’s program.
  • Must not already hold a master’s degree.
