Eligibility Requirements

Must hold citizenship in an African country (no dual citizenship with non-African countries allowed).
Must be admitted to a two-year master’s program at Sciences Po (excluding dual degrees and one-year programs).
Must have completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree at a recognized institution or participate in a qualifying bridging program partnering with the Mastercard Foundation.
Demonstrate genuine financial need (documentation required).
Show strong commitment to driving positive change in Africa, especially in public policy, environment, or societal transitions.
Be under 35 years old at the start of the master’s program.
Must not already hold a master’s degree.
