Requirement/Eligibility

1. Applicant must be a Nigerian citizen and a resident in Nigeria at the time of application.

2. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.

3. Must have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent.

4. Possession of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate or proof of exemption is mandatory.

5. Applicants should be not more than 28 years old as of December 31, 2025.

6. Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in industrial or engineering-related work.

7. Must possess strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

9. Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities are required.

10. Applicants must be ready to relocate to Lagos or Abia State for the duration of the training program.

Duration

The PZ Cussons Graduate Trainee Program 2025 runs for a structured period of 6 to 12 months, depending on trainee performance and departmental needs.
