Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Reckitt Nigeria 2025 Trailblazers Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a recent graduate between the years 2022 and 2024.
2. Must have earned a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline.
3. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program on or before December 2025.
4. Demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and self-motivation.
5. Exhibit key soft skills such as ownership, self-awareness, mental agility, communication skills, and attention to detail.
