Requirement/Eligibility
1. University Degree: You must have completed at least a three-year university degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) by the application deadline. Any discipline is accepted.
2. No Previous Commission Experience: Applicants must not have previously worked for more than six weeks in any capacity (paid, unpaid, or trainee) within an EU institution or body.
3. Language Skills: Fluency in at least one of the EU’s official languages is mandatory (commonly English, French, or German). A C1/C2 level according to CEFR is ideal.
4. Global Eligibility: Open to EU citizens and non-EU nationals. There’s a fixed percentage of seats reserved for non-European applicants.
5. Clean Background: A valid criminal record certificate may be required upon selection for administrative formalities.
6. Application Documents: All applications must include a diploma copy, language certificates, CV, and a well-written motivation letter.
