The UN Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator Program 2026 is a six-month action-focused initiative aimed at helping companies move from commitment to measurable impact on human rights and labour rights.

If your company is part of the UN Global Compact or willing to join, this time-sensitive opportunity offers the tools, training, and peer learning to help you embed the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights into your operations and strategies.
This program empowers business professionals to identify, prioritize, and act on human rights risks across value chains—building responsible, resilient businesses in the process.

Tracks for the Accelerator Program

In addition to the in-country tracks, there will be several regional tracks.

Africa Track: The Africa track will bring together companies from across the continent and offer the same curriculum as the in-country track delivered through a series of global and on-demand sessions. Peer-to-peer sessions will focus on regional best practice and case studies.
