- Your venture must focus explicitly on social or environmental impact, structured as either a non-profit or a for-profit entity.
- You must operate beyond the ideation stage with clear, demonstrable evidence of positive impact.
- You can be registered and operating from anywhere in the world.
- You must have a clear vision for reaching hundreds of millions of lives and driving systems-level change through replication, open infrastructure, market transformation, or delivery systems.
- Your impact to date must reach at least 10,000 end-users via B2C channels, or at least 100,000 people via B2B or B2G channels.
- You must operate with a team of 4 or more full-time paid employees.
